I had bought an electronic bike (yo exel) at kannur in 80 feet road. Whenever I give my vehicle for the service the company say I can pick-up my vehicle after 3-days. For three times I never ever got it in time .Even though I enquired about service for my vehicle no one give response. This time I asked the dealer (lady) what happened about the service. The lady informed me if it is ready we would tell you. But I have not got a single call from her that the bike is ready. I do not have any problem in my bike. This is the wost service. My humble request is to buy an electronic bike , good, but not in that company(electrother ,which is located at Gujarat.
