PVR Cinemas & VISA Cards are proudly announcing a 'Take Your Companion Offer' on their respective web sites. Book a ticket with our VISA Signature / Platinum card, and the other is absolutely free!, says the offer.
But the sad thing is that it does not work.
Whenever I try to book a ticket with my platinum Visa card, a window pops up which says: "Sorry! This offer is not valid against tickets booked under the Gold Class" and that is the end of the story.
One does not even know whom and how to contact these agencies who are running their business on the net and are totally uncontactable. Sending emails also does not work. I have send mails to PVR and there is masterly inactivity!
Trust the managers at PVR & VISA will read this and try to book tickets themselves, to see how the system is NOT working.
