TIMTARA.COM : not dispatched /non delivery after 35 days of Prepaid order

Timtara.com is one of the online shopping site who represents themselves one of the best online seller in India...

I was going to buy a washing machine from Timtara.com but not booked at first..Then two phone calls arrived at my mobile(9832503083) from their site to book this washing machine so


that they can deliver the product as soon as possible at my home(told by them).One of the two representatives is Ms.Shivali whose email Id is shivali@timtara.com. She told me to send the


order details and address to her mail after completing the online purchase from timtara.com so that she can arrange the order As soon as possible...


Deal:


I bought the product(Whirlpool FATL Washing Machine 7.0 Kg Whitemagic 700 H) from them with pre-paid(not by COD) order through my SBI Debit Card on 19th July, 2012..


My order details are below:


Order no: 10291728


Order Status: Awaiting Shipment


Order Date: 19-07-2012 @ 2:13 PM


Order Recipient: Debasish Barman


Order Total: Rs. 15,126 INR(14626 INR(price)+500(Shipping Charges))


At the time of this order they told me that they are giving an offer(4500INR OFF on 20000INR by using the Coupon "MMD45").Now other coupons like that are running in the site


Timtara.com.To avail this I had to buy the products 20000INR or above.. So that I add an Item(Philips PC Headset SHM6110U/97)of the order id : 10291726 with the order id: 10291728. And


I got the discounted price.The order ids are different of the same order because they generated the different order ids for the products after my Money transaction was successful..


Problem:


After 10-14 days of prepaid order I called them to send a reminder then they told me to do not worry about that and the order would be delivered within 21 days.I could relax and just to


wait for 21 day delivery(their maximum day time of delivery).


But When 19 days came I called them back again because the order was not dispatched till then so how could it be delivered within 21 days..But again they assured that they would deliver


the product within 21 days of the order placed .


After 21 days I did not get my order delivered at my home..


Then I called them(means their customer care no. 0135-3051500 and 0135-6670700(9:30am to 6:30pm)) many times.. When I called them they replied me that they were sending reminders


to the back end department or forwarding the complaint to the back end department..here Important is that there was no path of communication to their back end department..


After all the order was not delivered at my home.. Then I called them again and again...then they told me that they were arranging a "call back" or/and "reply E-Mail" from their back end


department which would be available within 24 working hours.. But ALAS!!! After 3-4 working days and 7-10 normal days Their "BACK END DEPARTMENT" neither called me back nor sent


me reply E-Mail to my email Address barmandebasish.business@gmail.com(same was used in booking order)..


So I called them back again and again approximately 25 times day by day to remind them for the order 10291728 was not delivered..


"What they replies now":


"Tell me the order no.


(I gave 10291728)


This is in awaiting shipment(which was the first stage of my order status)..


This order was made in 19th July of 2012.


We apologize for the inconvenience/late of the delivery..We regret that and forwarding a complaint/sending a reminder/arranging an email/call back to our back end department..they are


working on your order..thank you for calling at timtara.com.."


[ The all conversations were in Hindi, for everyone understanding I wrote them in English..Some little bit can differ with that..]


All the customer service representatives say the same thing..If I ask more than that they do not reply for more...they say that they can only forward complaints/reminder to their Back End


Department.. The back end department can inform the all other information...But in reality they have not done the same till now..


[The all representatives I had communicated are: Shivali,Kafil Ahmed, Puja, Priya, Swati , Siya and many more]


Steps for Actions:


I already warned them for the non delivery of my PREPAID order..


I am writing this report to consumerforums.in and consumercompalints.in and consumercourt.in and many more...


Three and Last steps: I have to bind with a lawyer and lodge a CASE against TIMTARA.COM for the non-delivery of my PREPAID ORDER.and I have to fight against them in Consumer Court


(MAHAMANYA ADALAT).
