TATA VOIP Minutes? Think thrice before you sign contract with TATA VOIP MINUTES

BIG Name.only.Feel like dealing with Govt Enterprise like BSNL.no feel like MNC

1. They work process is too slow.

   
   




2. You stuck at least for a year with Monthly Minute commitment, whether you call or not, you have pay for the unused minutes.

   
   




3. Most of the the countries are Under PBD(permanent blocked destinations and NSD(Non Standard destination)(From normal landline, you can call across the Globe, but not from TATA VOIP)

   
   




4. For each country to be opened .you have to co-ordinate with your Account Manager, which prepares COF, then you take print and then sign and stamp it by Auth Signatory. AND WAIT FOR ANOTHER 01 WEEK. Keep chasing TATA.

   
   




5. If any issue comes, you raise the ticket, they will close the ticket by saying no issues from our end. They never accept their fault.never take onus

   
   

For every action you need COF document, which minute work is done by TATA in days or week.

SO think think and think before you sign contract with TATA.must be named as "Bharat Sarkar Ka Upkram" instead of MNC
