19 June 2008 - Discovered I am not getting the signal

  • Mr. Sangram asks me to hold , checks & comes back - Sir, have u changed yr house






[ O God , I have lived in this house for almost 40 Years - whats he talking]


No I have not changed my house.

[ It doesn't register on me - What does it mean - can he explain .

Poor Mr. Ratan Tata - spending sleepless nights over Jaguar , Nano , etc. - Oh, they'll still grow -

I can do a lot of things or atleast - I imagine - right from shooting a mail to Mr. Ratan Tata that would be too polite - to taking them to Consumer court - that too would be too mild.




  • having registered my protest now ,I want to see how soon the co. responds - thru its SYSTEMS / KYC , etc.




Last time I had a spat with them - Their dish had a problem - I was not getting their signals / a Technical snag




  • Mr. Vikram Kaushik , their MD sent me an apology letter - 2 months after the incident .




--- This time around - There is no hurry , I am cool , I am dealing with a Ass - who doesn't know whats happening , whose customer care or his superviser will not inform the management - whats gone wrong /


Who doesn't know a Kick - when it gets or will get one


Mean while WHAT DO U ADVISE - What do I do .




  • Under oath , with my character , my position , my education , my values - pls be sure : the charge is absolutely , absolutely UNTHINKABLE / & ruled out .
