Think twice before you buy Access 125 - The New Generation Scooter from Suzuki Motorcycles India Pvt. Ltd. My experience has been extremely pathetic.right from the time I confirmed my booking.delivery was promised in 7 days; Apple Auto Agency in Bengaluru took more than double the time.


Once delivered, the indicator sound beepers started giving trouble and its electrical circuit had goofed up the blinkers as well. I had to make a visit to get this rectified at the dealers workshop on the newly opened Kanakapura road centre of Apple Auto, where I had purchased this two wheeler.


After the first free service(it is really not free! it cost me Rs 500 for all the consumables), the scooter developed starting problems. I had to kick-start each time to start the scooter and when I took it back to the dealer, he extracted Rs 50 from me for charging the battery.he did not check the battery to see if a faulty or defective one had been fitted during factory assembly. Repeated complaints to Apple Auto's Head Office next Deve Gowda Petrol Bunk on Outer Ring Road resulted in them asking me to bring the vehicle to their workshop for an inspection. To my ill luck when I reached their workshop at 1 PM today, they announced that they would be closed for an hour for lunch break. It was 2:30 PM by the time mechanics came back from their extended break and with some coaxing, one of them took the vehicle for checking the battery and other electrical connections, including the dynamo.


They agreed that the battery was faulty and needed to be replaced. It is under a warranty clause, but Apple Auto refused to replace the battery at their shop. They asked me to go to AMCO Battery shop on Mysore road for a free replacement. I was told to meet them on Monday as they close by 2 PM on Saturday and Sunday is their weekly off. I have one more day to kick the scooter to start and it is a back breaking exercise.


Apple Auto folks are absolutely and thoroughly unfriendly in providing customer service and in fact the person-in-charge lost his cool and started shouting at me when I asked him questions about the battery problems.


I am requesting Suzuki Motorcycle Co India Pvt. Ltd. to take action against Apple Auto, Bengaluru for their poor customer service and their misbehaviour+ ill treatment meted out to me. Also, the problem has not been solved.I have to continue my struggle with kick starting the scooter, each time I have to use and God alone knows what excuses AMCO Battery dealer is going to come up with to deny me a new battery, when I go to them for the free replacement on Monday
