Hey guys,
I am suffering with lack of confidence mental problem.
I loose confidence while talking to my superiors, at that time my mind blocks and stops thought process and I say all those things which I don't want to say. Actually I feel very nervous at that time and my tongue stuck, words doesn't come out clearly, voice is abruptly sound and out of rythm. Could you people suggust, who would be the best psychiatrist in Delhi to consult to get rid of this lack of confidence problem?
