Please find the communication that I have been having with M/s Sterling Holidays Resorts India Pvt Ltd (SHRIL). Most Horrible Experience Of My Life, in relation to Customer Service & Redressal Of Grievances. Shameless Company & their Officials are still to redress My Grievance

Horrible Horrible Response From Sterling Holidays. Even after posting you'll my grievances, all you could do was inform your call center representative to call me again & give me false assurances. I regret the day I opted for your Bogus & Unprofessional agency. Any ways I want a response by 12pm today, as I do not want to continue my association with SHRIL. I have made it very clear in my earlier mails that let us part amicably without any liabilities to either of us. In case you don not wish to settle this amicably, My lawyers are in receipt of all details of your firms very unprofessional attiMr_Customer. Remember, I have brought this membership in Feb 2012 & in Oct 2012 I still have to see the light of the day wherein you have failed to address my core issues. 8 months time, is more than enough time for a mortal person to lose his patience. My legal team has already compiled all details of your board of directors through the Ministry of Corporate Affairs & legal notice would be served to them directly. Also I have spent quite a pretty amount to get all details of aggrieved customers of SHRIL & communication would be sent to them to join me on an common front so that justice is served to us through the various legal establishments in our country. Hope you'll understand the gravity of the situation.

I have already launched a complaint pertaining to my grievance WRT the holiday package deal that I have registered myself with you c.o. The complaint ref n.o: 182688, was attended by your call centre executive Ms. Radhika on the following n.o: 33997777. I had explained to her in depth my concern as my ECS are not clearing out due to an technical error at your end as mentioned in the trailing mail sent by your firm, represented by Mr. Mahipal Yadav. Before sending me the trailing mail he had the courtesy to call me & mention the technicality involved due to which the ECS did not go through on the said date & month. He requested me if it is OK at my end if the same re-activates form June 2012, to which I agreed. Now I see that the same has not gone through even in the month of June. Never did he inform me over the phone about the captioned sentence in his trailing mail -


The evening my complaint was registered at your call centre Ms. Radhika called me & informed that Mr Mahipal would be calling me up & getting this whole confusion sorted out. Till date I have not received any revert from him nor your firm.


In this event I request you to refund me my complete amount in the next 7 days, without any deductions what so ever, failing which I would would then be asking for a refund with interest & compensation for duress caused due to failure of keeping up with commitments made by your firm / representatives & making Me to chase your firm for resolution of my concerns wasting my time & energy leading to unnecessary mental agony.

There was the delay in ECS activation for our side because of that we could not get your payment for month of May request you to make the payment via cheque or Credit card so we can process the RCI request and other offers.
