I got a sony ericsson sterephonic bluetooth headset (HBH-DS220) on 21-Sep-2009 and the troubles started within 6 days. Somwhere on 27th Sep a humming noise started in the right ear piece. So I went in for warranty replacement at their service center in Pune
I was told I will get a new headset in 15 days but nothing happened for a month. So I called them up on 24th Oct and they told me its ready. When I went there they handed me a old model (DS205) and the piece itself was looking second hand. So I refused to take it and after a lot of complaining and shouting they accepted it as a new service request.
Again I had to wait till Nov to get the second replacement.I got that on 2-Nov-09 and again in 4-5 days I noticed that even this piece is faulty. Its battery did not last even for an hours time.
Looks like sony ericsson is not able to manage the demand and their quality has gone down. Had also heard of problems in their mobile phones from a few of my friends. Would recommend people not to go in for their products.
