Dear Bangalore property buyers, Please beware of SIZZLE PROPERTIES, they deal in properties of EAST Bangalore. Recently I went to their layout which was 15 kms away from the place they advertised! It was IRIS plotted layout in Malur-Masti Road. Advertisement price I saw was Rs. 550/- but when I went there they are quoting Rs.650/- worst is they are saying the ad was typo mistake(that too on magicbrick.com).

They don't have amenities prescribed by authorities, buy at your own risk
Their papers are not clear
None of their projects are bank approved, but they try to give you risky loan.
They offered me even if there is CIBIL issues they can get loan.
No under ground drainage, normally this is the first work that is done in layout, but they are saying they will do at end, this means they will break road again and re-lay road, this is LIE
No overhead tank though prescribed by authorities.
Very unprofessional sales team, they swear wrong facts and even prices.
