I am actually writing this review as I found no thread for clickoncare website.
i recently ordered 3 items all related to diabetes for myself: d-prtoin, accu chek active 100 strips packet and protinex.
As usual, I was not expecting the product anytime not before 5-6 days as they themselves had written 2-7 days as delivery time. But, I still bought the items in advance because of price aspect.
The surprise part of the service by these guys were that I received the product within 4 hours.. This was something not digestible at all.
Maybe it was that Bangalore part that made them deliver so early because the company and myself both are located in Bangalore.
I ordered the product at 11.16 AM on 14th of this month and got it around 2.45 PM the same day in Marathahalli.
The total amount of the order was Rs. 1872 . I was sure the delivery guy would not be having change and decided to swipe my card. But, to my surprise, the delivery boy was not carrying the swiping machine but instead went downstairs to fetch the change for me and subsequently gave me the product.
I mean wow.. not to name but change has always been a nightmare for my orders with other websites.
It was a very pleasant and long lasting impression which these guys left on me. I am sure their services are good because they must be comparatively new in the market. Hope you guys continue with it.
Now, ordering few baby products for my brother's new born in Bhuwaneshwar. Lets see how their services perform there.. ;) will repost the experience again..
