That I Aparana Goel C/o KK Agarwal Advocate. 210 South Civil Lines, Muzaffarnagar make a ENT Doctor Mahendar Kumar Taneja (M.K.Tanjeja) Visited on dated 05-03-2019 and he did medical negligence and gross professional misconduct and not take best bona fide interest in seen the patient Aparana Goel and wrote wrong very highly side effects medicine without Capital Letters and in his own code language which he mostly selling from his inner clinic opened unlawfully Medicine Clinic without the Rules and Regulation of Medical Council Act 1956 and its Rules as Code of Medical Ethics Regulations, 2002 and The Pharmacy Act, 1948 and The Drugs & Cosmetics Act, 1940. That the treatment which Doctor MK Taneja wrote on prescription paper had contains many harmful medicines which give direct problem of Kidney Damage to me and for this I will bring to death if I would consume without any due diligence of my side. That I am suffering from Throat Infection and there is no best medicine with minimum side effects were written on doctor paper and all the medicines cannot be easily understand and somewhat understand initially by my side and with the doctor inner clinic I see that the medicines are higly dose pain killer and these medicnes not give any relief to me and in contrats to that I may suffer kidney infection or injury if I consume that medicines without applicable of mind. That I suffered mental torture as the doctor in anger crush my tongue heavily for making not to come again in his clinic. That doctor also pressurized me with his staff to do medcial test of Rs 4000/- in his clinic started off immediately before medicine he wrote which I refused as it seems doctor is busy in extracting money from patients in name of Test and procedure. That on the jealusly of this the doctor wrong slow poison like medicine to me having extrme side effects raise in my body if I consume blind folded manner. That on dated 06-03-2019 I went to MK Taneja Doctor with my nehew KK Agarwal Advocate and he refused to give my money to me and scold me to get out from Clinic and do whatever I do against him and he did many patinets see like me for coming of this type. That this doctor has a bad past history on Interent Reviews who wrote their past experience about this bad Doctor MK Taneja. That this malpractice doctor is not welfare for the People of India and lootting the patients and charging high fee in the name of test and suggesting wrong prescription on medical paper and charging excess rate of medicines for buying from his Clinic and not from anywhere in open market. That a doctor have to write Generic Medicines with Captial letters and no clinic was established in the premises of Doctor Clinic. But the doctor is scoundrel, cheater, attempt to murderer type with wrong medicines suggest and doing thug in the name of Medical practice and fooling around the patients like me in the name of Treatment. That for the above facts I request to take strong legal action against Doctor M.K.Taneja and booked a case of U/S 34, 269, 276, 307, 323, 336, 337, 417, 427, 506, 509, 511 IPC and other Medical Council Acts. Drug and Cosmetics Acts and Rules which he has been violating under the law of land of india and this doctor is a black spot in the name of Medical profession and a dacoit and thug and murder in the name of Doctor. That kindly make a Arrest to this Doctor MK Taneja and Send him to Jail so that other victims like me safe from his criminal acts doing in the medical line.
