I order one Samsung Galaxy Grand Quattro from Kaunsa.com & Order No. KA/136489/W6W3WZP7 was placed on 19/06/2013 and expected Delivery Date is 04/07/2013. One representative call me up on 28/06/2013 mentioning that they are unable to ship the product and kaunsa.com is providing a voucher for the same. l call up their customer care no. 0120-4835000, to my surprise they are telling me that they have no refund policy and they were processing a voucher for the same. My request to them is to refund me the amount paid i.e. Rs. 14,100. Dear members, do not shop at kaunsa.com because they are the biggest fraud company and I'm wondering why economic offence wing are not shutting down their website?
