I took the delivery of a royal enfield Classic 350 today, I wanted to own a bike from a long time.
How ever my first experience with thsi Show Room SVR Motors and Engineers Pet Basheerabad showroom is pathetic. The sales person they do not know how to speak to people.
I did not want to the accessories from the showroom as I felt that it was expensive, so the consultant Mr Reddy promises me to give an Helmet as a complimentary provided I purchase the Crash Guard.
They they threw a Large size helmet when I take the delivery when I asked them to replace the helmet and give me an XL one they say that they can do nothing about it. These guys suck the manager over there is incompetent. I understand that you have a high demand however the demand is because of customers like me, I had a lot of inconvenience from the store. No proper communication from their end. I am planning to sue these unprofessional people as just to solve the simple issue they just made me wait for almost 2 hours at the store. No one ready to attend just because I had a complaint I had to shout n order to get the money back.
This is truly unprofessional not at all expected from this idiotic store I will never recomend this to any one if they carry the same attitude. I am posting the same on the forums as well as the facebook pages as well.
