Imitiaz:- Arrey, boss, who told you that Dubai is a communal place of Muslims, where a Hindu person is ill-treated. Someone has given you the wrong information. Dubai is one of the best cosmopolitan cities of the world.
Arindam:- But, still as a person of Hindu community, I am very much skeptical about going to Dubai and work there. Moreover, all the finance companies which are based in Dubai always prefer a Muslim people as their employee.

Arindam:- No, I am still trying, though my failure rate is 99.99% till date, he he he…I am yet to crack any of the written competitive exam.
Imtiyaz:- Arrey, bhai, why don’t you give money to some agents. Believe me, if you give them the money, they will display your roll number in the recruitment selection list. Your father is in a PSU Bank. Why don’t you utilize his quota and source?
Arindam:- Had I been interested in playing those foul plays, I would have done that 5 years ago itself. But, my father doesn’t believe in those foul plays and so do I. If I get a government job by bribing someone or by some other influential methods, then tomorrow, some people will whisper at my back that I have no talents or skills to get this job but I have got this job by utilizing the power of strong social networking only. That is an illegal way of getting recruited in a company. Recruitment process should always be neutral and personal views should not dominate over professional views to take partial decisions. Getting a job through your hard-work, dedication and honesty always give you a mental satisfaction and you regard it as an achievement of your life. But, if you get a job by the other methods, no matter, what job you get, your mind will always start asking, ‘Am I fit for this company? Am I not in wrong place? Aren’t the people of this company looking at me with hatred because of my corrupted recruitment procedure?’
Imtiyaz:- Ha ha ha…mere bhai…Just put those words of ‘Hard Work’ and ‘Honesty’ inside a dustbin. Boss, this is India. You will keep on trying for your whole life, but you will not get a government job with your hard work and honesty, because the Indian government is itself a corrupted one. In India, if you cannot master the art of corruption and politics, nobody will respect you. In this country, if you protest against the corruption and foul politics, you become a villain of the society. I am telling you these things from my real life experiences.
Arindam:- I don’t believe that corruption and foul politics are there in every government offices.
Sonali:- Arindam, you are still a little kid to understand the foul politics played on nice persons. You have cleared the written test of Bank of Baroda, but still your name got discarded from the main list. Your score was high enough to feature in the top 20 list in PNBHFL, but, your name was intentionally kept at the bottom of the list, so that you get your job posting in Kolkata itself. Unfortunately, Indian government decided to sell some stakes of PNB. As a result, PNBHFL reduced the number of candidates to be recruited in 2010 and hence your name on the waiting list has no value.
Arindam:- My goodness! Hey Sonali! How did you know all these things?
Sonali:- You are a special asset for our intelligence department. How can we
ignore you? Wherever you go, our network follows.
Imtiaz:- Very funny, Sonali! If you people know the persons who are playing politics against Arindam, then as his colleague cum friends, why aren’t you people taking special care of those culprits?
Sonali:- Arindam has to give the green signal, then only we will proceed to teach them a lifetime lesson.
Arindam:- Yeah, yeah, just proceed. But, all the actions taken against them should look like a cold-blooded counter-attack with no evidence.
