Everyone in this modern age has stepped themselves into the world of internet, mobiles and computers. peoples these days don't have time to pick up face from their mobiles but unfortunately they are stepping them more into the world of diseases. Have you heard that old aged peoples leaded their life more stress free which makes them healthier to live long. the main reason is that they were happy with their life, they were overwhelmed with 20 paisa biscuit, they love to talk to peoples which makes their mind more stress free which results in healthy life or disease free life.


so be happy for what you have got don't run for extreme, keep healthy practises like yoga, morning walk, eating healthy foods, do some farming in your rooftop which will keep you busy in your spare time and loosen your stress, instead of playing in mobiles play with kids in ground. Eat the food you have grown in your rooftop which will definitely taste more than you have brought from market. after returning from office give your mind 20 minutes to meditation for making it calm and regenerate energy. In week days try to visit outside with family or if you are single go alone enjoy the nature in villages, roam for whole day away from city life. Avoid phones as this is the main disease that brings others to disturb you life. So to leads a healthy life few changes can be made and hope you will understand it.
