SEVERAL CASES ARE PENDING AGAINST SKYLARK AND SKYLARK ITHACA. Residents in Skylark Arcadia and Zenith were forced to evacuate and cases are pending in courts. They have hired a local ggonda Mr. Prasanna and always they ask payments in advance and Prasanna will come with 5 people, barge into your home wherever you're staying and threaten your family.
80% of the Skylark Ithaca is under litigation.
50% of residents from their previous projects, Skylark Arcadia and Skylark Zenith were forced to vacate. Investing is Skylark Ithaca and Skylark Properties is losssssssss
