Friends I am writing this blog for enlighten common people about availability of tickets for senior citizen.
everyone nows how to book a ticket in irctc.co.in, you should have a account with them login and put stations and date the will give you details of train running on that day with few quota above the table which includes Ladies, Tatkal, Premium Tatkal, physically handicap and general quota(A pic for this is uploaded you can have a look). but it does not contain Lower Berth Quota(Senior Citizen Quota) which is increased by Modi Govt Last April. so now it is the biggest quota among all different quotas(except Tatkal).
I will Explain you how to find the availablity of that quota.
Step 1: Go to https://erail.in(you dont have to create a account for this).
Step 2: Fill up the remaining details including the quota i.e Lower Berth(A pic for this is uploaded you can have a look).
Step 3: Find the availability.
Step 4: Go to irctc.co.in, log in and fill in details of the passanger(all the passangers should be seniour citizen i.e 58 yrs - female and 60 yrs - male) in the next step it will automatically show the same availablity which you saw on https://erail.in
