I purchased a honda civic last year in June. To my horror I found that the only thing the Gurgaon ring road honda dealer is bothered now is the regular servicing revenue. On my last service I had a problem in the door. I personally went to the service station to explain that the door is making squeaking noise and must be attended to during the service. The car came back after service with the door making even louder squeaking sounds. I felt irritated but did not call them back. A few weeks later I received a call with a sleepy voice from ring road honda asking for my satisfaction level of the last service. I told them the story. After that I was asked to speak to multiple supervisors and finally they sent some one to my house to repair the door after I became a bit tough. A few weeks later the door beading came out. Again I started calling the ring road honda and asked help. Till now no help. But on the overall quality of car - I have no problems - the engine growl/pickup and comfort is fantastic. regards Sanjay
