This is to considerCentral Park 2 in Sohna Road, Sector 48, Gurgaon as a place of residencefor my family. The apartments in the project, which is under construction, areof various sizes and options. As per the website - https://centralpark.in/central-park2.asp- the project looks well located and designed. The construction updates at https://cp2gurgaon.blogspot.com/ shows that manybuildings are being constructed.
I can't seem to findexisting apartments owners or their reviews anywhere. The facebook groupmentioned - https://facebook.com/group.php?gid=9244429733 - does not have too many activities. The yahoogroup -https://groups.yahoo.com/group/centralpark2/join - also doesn't show toomany members.
I would like existing owners to give their genuine feedback, willCentral Park II be a good place to live in? What are the estimated prices now and what is the quality ofconstruction? Are there any delays, extra charges etc. that the builder isasking for? Real estate agents please avoid replying.
