Dear Sir,
I wish to bring the following facts to your kind notice:-
1). Basic Phone (Phone No. 2672454 & Consumer No. UPWGZB2005091301) at
my previous residence “D-44, NTPC Colony,Vidyut Nagar,Ghaziabad
(UP),PIN: -201008” was shifted to my present residence “Flat No. 902,
Coral Tower, Arihant Ambience, Crossing Republik, NH-24,P.O.-
Dundahera, Ghaziabad(UP), PIN 201009” vide your Office Order No.
8005082785, dated 27th January'2012. The new connection with Phone
No. 012-2845046 was installed at my residence on 28th July’12.
2). Hence,” From 27th January’2012 to 27th July’2012, there was no
BSNL phone connection available with me." i.e. the period for which
Bills have been raised by BSNL.
3). I have vacated from NTPC address on 31st Jan'12 and started
residing to my present address, hence The phone no. 0120-2672454 and
address ,mentioned in the bills raised by you for the above mentioned
periods, are not applicable to me
4). Moreover the PAN No. mentioned in BSNL bills AABCB5576G and my
Contact no. 9457965750, as mentioned in Complaint dtd. 8th June’12,
never belonged to me .
5). Hence, it is clear that Rs. 4614/- paid by me on 15th March’12
also include February’12 billing amount too.
6). Moreover, I have paid Rs. 1394/- in the month of August’12. in
line with the commitment given by BSNL ADT(PG)
Hence, In view of above mentioned facts, may I request through your site to BSNL concerned Officers to personally intervene in the matter :-
1). To kindly get revised the amount in my September’12 Bill,
2).Refund the amount paid by me towards false bill of February’12
alongwith Rs. 1394/- paid by me in August’12.
