This is with reference to my order dated 25.12.2014 order no. 13952590 and delivery was promised by 3rd Dec.
When I did not receive the clear commitment when they will deliver, I had cancelled the order on 5th Dec. Since then I am chasing Infibeam.com for refund and they are saying once the product reaches their warehouse, they will inititate refund.
I have been making regular calls and they are not committing anything.
When they can not deliver the product what is the gurantee the product will come back to their warehouse.
Please advise how to get refund or hire a lawyer here and claim further damages for the igony I am going through.
also spread a message that no one should buy from infibeam.
Company is a fraud.
