They sale and take 50% investment from investors as pretext of prelaunch and when the project is clear they don't invite them to register instead ask them to pay as per the market rate. If you resist they threaten not to return nor register the site. In such painful situation I had to come out with my principle amount only after lots of running around loosing even my bank interested over the same.
