through flip kart I bought canvas4 two numbers model vide order no OD30930006006 and OD31021076?685 more over I recommend these two so many people also 3 of them also bought. In My hand set, head set got repaired its not functioned well I gone to one your service center in T.Nagar Chennai they have taken my old head set and they say will replace it and they give call to me once complaint got over I have gave my head set in jan22 vide job sheet no N030569-0114-7693448 at 12.30pm on same day message came 4.30pm my complaint got closed I can collect headset any working day. i'm surprised they committed me 10 days and how cum it happen with in 5 hours. I waited for call from service center but unfortunately they not called even after 20 days so today 8.2.2014 I went to service center for the status of my job they given me one old black color head set part code EPP600, I have paid 17500 rupees for mobile and accessories but what I have got replaced is local head set when I was speaking with that head set its totally horrible my ears get irritation and noise is coming out of it. I want my model headset only canvas 4 A210 if anybody is working for micromax service part look in to this and do the needful. regards
