Highly impressed with the look , working and comfort - Owning one Honda Activa in other part of India, I have choosen to take one here at pune from Kothari wheels - wakadewadia. As a organisation it looks they are doing pretty good business. I don't think any owner who has spent cr's to set the business like this would mistreat customers. But the guys and girls serving at kothari wheels are totally give an impression that as if they are working for government department.
Govt Dept persons might work with some formalities but this staff are more complicated and service is a lost word in their approach.
In the first phase I felt this is only my experience, but it looks there are more people with complients on this Branch staff.
For delivering Vehicle home; this staff charges from Rs.200 to Rs.500/- depending on Customers need.
Good all they must be earning well but at the cost of Dealers name.
Believe this will be noticed by the management of Kothari wheels and improve their approach to clients.
