I got Tikona braodband connection almost two weeks back., my Tikona is being 1105243188. Since then I have tried umpteen times Tiknoa care number to fix a wifi modem. No satisfactory response. Spoke to " area ,manger-sales" in chennai Mr Prasad atleast 10 times ( number 9551098221), agreed to send an engineer to fix the same, no response ( only promises !!). Put my complaint in the Tikona customer site, no reply.
The reason for asking for a Tikona connection is that the Tikona local tower is located in the terrace of my apartment complex. Now I regret my decision !
What should I do next ? Anyone can suggest a solution for this pathetic behaviiour of Tikona ?
