Please think twice before buying Parryware closets. If you do so ,be prepared to see that your overhead tank drains in no time as Parryware is supplying defective products and then not bothering to rectify the same.
I bought 3 Parryware closets( Cardiff) in Feb. 2009. All the 3 pieces are defective. I have made several complaints verbal as well as in writing, may be more than 25 in last 2 years. They have not bothered to replace the defctive system. Sometimes, some unskilled technician is sent , who will come, open it ,clean it and go away.
If you Buy Parryware closets, be preapred to have horrible timewhen your overhead tank is drained and you do not have a drop of water even to wash your hands.
