My Experience with Kaya is like this. - I am a Beauty Freak and love Parlors as I enjoy that weekends where you have someone wash your hair, or do your pedicure, or massage your head..........That's how I wrote Sarla's Parlor Review. I was developing these slight dark circles under my eyes, due to lack of proper sleep, as I watch late night movies on HBO. Plus I had a Tan on my face and an Oily skin type. So as usual, I keep surfing the Web for Home Remedies for Beauty Treatments etc in my Spare Time. I once went in 'Kaya Skin Clinic' Web-Site. At that time it was the peak of summer and Kaya was offering a new treatement called 'Kay Skin Radiance' at just Rs. 1,200/-. It was said in the site that if I login and submit the Form, I would get free Doctor's Consultation at Kaya. So I entered their Member Form and filled up my details. THAT'S HOW KAYA GOT MY NAME, E-MAIL ID AND MOBILE NUMBER. After I submitted the form, immediately, Kaya Care Call Centre, called me on my cell and spoke so sweet and I melt with Sweet Words and get Trapped very often. Anyways, they fixed up my appointment for doing the Skin Radiance Facial and I happily went there for the Facial. The Doctor has to see your skin first before you start any treatment at Kaya and this is charged at Rs. 500/-. But since I went through the net for appointment, I got the charge waived. She spoke a lot and advised me to do many complex treatements which was costing about Rs. 50 to 55 thousand. I got unnerved and quickly told her I only want to do a Skin Radiance Facial. But she grilled me with so much Concern for my skin and said, I should try out their 'Eye Peel' for erasing dark circles round the eyes. I was TEMPTED AND went in for both treatements. Before that I asked the receptionist how much the eye peel would cost and I heard her say Rs 400/-. So I did not mind. Well they started the treatement with rubbing the eye with some cold cream for 10 minutes. Then they cleansed the face skin and put a Ice Cold Peel Off Mask Pack on my face. That really felt good, as the skin feels cool and tingling inside the mask. After some 10 minutes time, the girl came and peeled off the mask. The immediate effect I felt was again cool and clean and skin tingling. They asked me how it was and I said 'Good.. Refreshning'. I never Insult people and always am polite and sweet to anyone. Then I went to pay the Bill and I saw that the Eye Peel was not Rs. 400 but Rs. 1,400/- Plus the receptionist convinced me to take a Sun-Screens and Moisturisers to keep the effect of this Skin Radiance Facial. So I ended up paying a huge bill nearly Rs. 4,000/-. After I went home after a few hours, I asked myself, was it worth the money I paid???? My skin just felt cool for about 30 minutes totally and for that I paid Rs. 4000/- Kaya Care Clinic kept calling me all along after that day, asking me if I wanted to go in for that Treatments the Doctor suggested costing 50K to 55K. That was when I went on their site and filled up their feedback form and in that form I told them I appreciated their Polite and Sweet Treatement to Customers, but I could not afford to spend 55K on some treatement which had no Guarantee. THAT'S ALL I WROTE. But Kaya used my Login Form and my Feedback Form and added another para on how I would write a Review on them if they give me a discount. This para is TOTALLY FORGED. Because I never sent Kaya mail from my Mail ID but I always filled it up on their Feedback Forms. Never had I even mentioned to them about me being a member of Mouthshut.Com and writing Reviews. Shee! it is so cheap, a thing I would never stoop to do, to get Discount or Freebies. I come from a Respectable Family. Maybe Kaya Care got bugged that I did not get trapped in their Doctor's sweet advise to me of doing that expensive treatement. Anyway, they stopped calling me as I kept saying No, I could not afford the treatment and told them that they are very High Priced and do not give any Discounts like other Clinics were advertising in the pap
