1.Eat at least one fruit everyday.


2.Drink a cup of milk (diluted) everyday.


3.Have good sleep each night.


4.Take rest whenever feel like and get time.


5.Don't strain yourself for other's faults.


6.Learn to speak on face rather than to feel bad later, be proactive.


7.Have good food.


8.Drink at least 2 litres of water every day.


9.Never waste your time in thinking who told you what and you felt bad on what. If somebody has made you feel bad, it is their fault. And your fault lies in keeping thinking about that.


10.Do eat something every 3 hrs.


11.Have dinner at least two hrs before sleeping.


12.Mental stress cause more damage than physical ones. Avoid it.
