This is advertised as a school bus and school child safety, monitor and tracking service, instead of a "GPS tracking" product. Their web portal certainly is based towards safety and simplicity. It was easy to use (they trained my transport administrator in just 15 minutes) and worked well. They send SMS of the estimated time of arrival to parents mobile phones like: Your school bus route 12 will arrive at your stop between 7:32 AM and 7:38 AM. But the SMS is not always right. About 80% of the time it is accurate and falls within the range. Other times it is outside that value. Sometimes, rarely, the SMS does not arrive. Their customer service impressed me, and they are always available to solve our issues and address our concerns, no matter what the time or day. If the service is not working, their engineer comes within hours to fix it. I noticed their rates were lower than most others, though parents have to spend between Rs. 2 to 5 per day to avail of this service. As schools, we don't have to spend at all. My concern is the nonarrival or inaccuracy of SMSs about 15-20% of the time. If they can fix it, they will get a better rating.
