Nokia India address

I want to send a letter directly to Nokia India, on their registered or corporate office in India. The problem was their address is not mentioned on their Indian website at https://nokia.in .

As usual people on MS are helpful. Dear Ross suggested to see their Indian website. Towards this purpose in mind. I have gone through their Indian site at https://nokia.in, umpteen no. of times e but did not find postal address. Luckily, I could get Indian postal address on their global site, https://Nokia.com .

Legally speaking Nokia India do not have to give their registered or corporate address in India as they are a Pvt Ltd. company here ! I believe, Nokia is a listed company...a public limited liability company elsewhere and listed on the Helsinki, Frankfurt,New York stock exchanges and hence on their global site they have to give addresses of all their Country offices.

Why some companies prefer not to give address? Because, unsatisfied with their customer care units/centers, people may flood them with complaints, queries, etc.Do not get entangled in Merry-Go-Round where A will tell you to contact B, B to C...and so that one day poor chap called 'you' may give up your fight.

BTW, their address in India is :

Nokia India2nd Floor,

Commercial PlazaRadisson Complex,

National Highway no. 8 ,Mahipalpur,

New Delhi - 110037

INDIA

Tel. +91 11 427 99 050Fax +91 11 427 99 032

Why I need the address? See my review of Nokia 5310 XpressMusic here. Trying to send info/query/complaint through their web-form does not seem to work. So my complaint will head to their India address and it will be interesting to see if it reallyworks. I said 'really', because many times companies may seem to accept the complaint but they will again route it through the same way...call center, customer care, care center, etc. It will really work when the problem will be solved entirely.
