Dear Sir,
I have bought 100kg of Rice( 4 bags , each 25kg) for household purpose at Hyderabad and
booked the same bags in good condition for transportation purpose on payment basis ( kindly
see attached bill in page 5) at Kharmanghat branch of Navata Transport in Hyderabad on
24 November 2008. Normally , it takes only 3 to 4 days for delivery of goods from th
Hyderabad to Chennai.
Around 1 December 2008, ( i.e after one week of booking of goods) , when I enquired about st
my rice bags in Chennai Offices ( Both at Deleivey branch at T. Nagar and Regional Branch
at Red Hills ) , they answered rudely to wait few more days saying that they have received only Way Bill and not the goods ( i.e rice bags) .After 2 days , I called them again and I heared the same answer to wait for some time and I keep on requesting them for 10 days to trace my goods and there was not at all correct response from concerned Trans port representatives and I was mentally frustrated during that period . On December 12 , 2008 , I Called Mr. Palavaneshan , Regional Manager , Navata Transport , Chennai and explained my problem and he assured to trace my goods and deliv er them at the earliest , and after routine telephonic calls for 2 to 3 days, they finally told me to collect my rice bags from their T. Nagar Branch when I called them .
