I am a customer of Way2wealth. I wrote to them through their customer service facility on their website about certain mismanagement of funds by them; way2wealth (better if they rename themselves as "waytomisery") neither responded nor acknowledged my inquiry. The case in point is an apt example of how incapable staff and unprofessional management of a company treats its hapless customers with utter disregard. In 2006, they took the funds from the customer (more than two lakhs on different occasions) and after a year sent a debit statement showing their charges!
