Attract the best and most suitable youth to Defence Forces; offer the best package.
NSG must be commanded by Army and not by Police.
Carryout Police Reforms on War footing. Remove Political interference from Police System.
Home and Defence Minister must have Defence background.
All Central Services personnel must do three years service in Defence Forces before joining their respective services.
