This is Dr varaprasad, in the month of June ending we went to Lb nagar Modi ford(Present Nagole) service center, they have given irrelevant estimation for repair and service, then we told them to we are not interested,but their manager requested we will complete your repair within 30,000/, without any extra service charges and cost, on the next day call me and asked for extra amount, with giving wrong estimations which is given on paper to me . then we trusted them and committed for 35,000/ ceiling price. he agreed for that amount,he has given only paper .
from that time we went service point many times they are not yet complete repair properly, every time some thing is balance, finally two days back they called me, pay 40,000/ for delivery i.e., also incomplete repair, other wise transfer to his name, Manager is threatening us to deliver vehicle. yesterday 23/10/2016,we requested them to as per commitment we will pay 35,000, but they did not deliver our vehicle.
