I bought a Micromax mobile a few months back and within some time of usage it started creating trouble. First of all the track ball did not work.. I went to their authorized service center and got the same reply each time no spares available. I even complained to the company call center but they also gave the same reply that cant do much about it as the track ball spares are not available. After almost 1 month of following with the company I almost gave up on the phone and got a new one from nokia. Secondly the chargining point stopped working and the company siad it cannot be replaced so they gave ma universal charger which means I have to take out the battery from phone to charge it and then put it back again. These cheap chinese phones are nothing but pain in wrong places and to your pocket only suggestion stay away from them and get a branded decent phone....
