MakeMyTrip: Struggling to get refund on hotel booking done thru the PORTAL

I booked hotel thru MakeMyTrip portal more than a month in the past. I made full payment thru credit card. Received hotel voucher for a confirmed booking. The booking id is : NH210272510947 (Online booking on 09 Feb 2013 Cancellation Ref# : NH210272510947 (Done by agent on 25/02/2013) A week later, to my surprise, MakeMyTrip called me to inform that there was no room available in that very hotel. They admitted that it was error on their end. They offered me an alternative. I did some research and found that the max. tarrif for per night for the room offered was RS 1200/ whereas I had paid about RS 2000/ per night. I did not find this acceptable hence asked for another offer. After 5 days, I again received a call and a new offer. This was again not acceptable. There was a complete silence from them for about 10 days. This caused worry to me hence I called them again. The agent cancelled the booking and initiated the 100% refund transaction. It happend on 25 Feb 2013. I was told that the refund would hit my a/c in 7 business days. Between 25/02/3013 and today, it is much way past 7 business days. Everytime, I followed up with them. I was given an lame excuses like system was out of order, person processing the refund was not available, the process takes 72 hours so on and so forth. Today's I was told that it would take 7 more business days for the refund to happen. Before you make bookings with MakeMyTrip think twice. Your experience can be as bad as that of mine.
