MY experience with lloyd A/c

I bought a 1.5 ton lloyd A/c recently. when the technicians arrived to fit the A/c they found some plate missing in the packet they when back and came with the plate from some where and after fitting the a/c the told the remote is missing they went back to their shop again and took the remote and when they tried to switch on the unit it was not working and the blower was broken. I tried to contact lloyd customer care but the number was not working I send email but the were not responding after much struggle the dealer replaced the unit but the remote is still faulty
