MY DREAM JOURNEY
When I was selected in a company .that time I was only 17+ without any ambition of life . Even didn?t know where I will go? Now provided me the absolute platform to start the career, which I didn?t ever dream of .Frankly before joining I didn?t heard the company. & being a chemical Engineer what would be my value addition for the organization . But there was hidden delight that there was something special for an engineer like me . With sort of positive hopes I joined company, ? AS YOUR CHOICES DECIDES YOUR FUTURE NOT THE CHANCES ??, was the best thing which I ever did in my life. where I got enormous exposure to gain the experience the best as well as conducive working atmosphere during the short span of 2 years. Now I can project my future as a Chemical Engineer .
After associating in the organization I thought that time I was right . company is the right organization for me where I got nice platform to manifest myself .This journey has been started from last 2 years . During this span organization provides me everything as per my requirements.
As an Employee I have experienced a conducive working atmosphere amalgamated with well supported HOD & seniors . During work company gave many chance to improve our plant in terms of process, operation & safety. The award & recognition like STAR, SPOT & EUREKA simply outstanding. It not only involved me in the entire operation but also replicate my thoughts to reality.
On company we know the value of leader who is integral part of the team,who leads from the front & align everyone according to the objectives . He always motivates, encourages & made me learn how will work to cross every challenges.
company gave me freedom to express and my seniors, leaders & HOD always ready to help in every prospects which makes me more confident during my working .
