I had purchased a Electronic AVR 5 KVA 3-step in April 2008 from Venus Electricals, Ghaziabad. Over the past 4.5 years, my stabiliser has been serviced atleast 10 times. Not only that, due to lack of quality product form Logicstat, several times my electric appliances have got effected. This TV my 40" LED TV's power supply had to be replaced. The output that your bad quality product is giving is 300v. Worst part is none of your service centres provide home service. Everytime I have to get the product disconnected from mains and then re-installed. Doing this, I have easily spent about Rs2000 till now. Summarizing 1. Never go for this product 2. Their service is not only pathetic but it sucks big time 3. Be prepared to suffer huge losses like breakdown of your LED TV. 4. The worse part is the management does not listen to you
