Lethargic & poor service of Vodafone

I was finding that the current plan of mine is much expensive as compare to the other option available around.


So I decided to switch the provider. On 22nd Dec 2015 I received call from retention team of Voda from Mr. Sonu Virender Kashyap and he proposed me E_Connect_3G_ 299_New and I found it good and I was asked to write an email @ corporate.assist@vodafone.com requesting for change of plan and it will be done.


I was been shared 10 Tariff Plans detail dated 04 January 2016 from Mr. Bhushan Kumar(employee @ Voda)


Amongst the 10 suggested plans of Tariff change I had chosen the Plan E_Connect_3G_ 299_New.


But after choosing the plan I was been informed all the time that plan is not applicable for my given numbers


From 25th Dec, 2015 to 19th Jan'16 . Almost for month I did follow up with the deaf team of vodafone realizing them about my concern and mis communication from their multiple channels and employees but nothing happened except I received multiple interaction numbers those are 125280319,125280499, 125280629, 125656806,125657012,125657063, 125760667, 126213212,126213285,126213369


I had wrote my complaint to all the given ids but no resolution to my customer.

On 17th Jan I received an email from Mr. Pradnesh Nagvekar(Appellate Officer) mentioning that he will take internal action for this but this is not a solution to my complaint after such poor experience.


I requested him to grant my request for change of Tariff plan but no response.


It is an mistake of Vodafone associates who guided me with wrong tariff plan and not mistake of customer I hope that this time Vodafone will give importance to customers grievance & customer experience
