1204642837 was my order no. which was placed by me on 21.03.2016 for an eyeglass for Rs 3190. On 22.03.2016 I decided to go for a better frame and hence ordered another eyeglass. Now that money they were supposed to refund me with 3-4 working days. But today its 15th working day and they have not paid me the money. They are not replying to my mails and neither they are replying on the phone as to whether they will pay my money back or not.
I have written to the founder(nee shop owner) of this small time shop, some Peyush Bansal but as expected he didn't reply as I am pretty sure that this owner is not customer centric and don't have any quality audits system in place.
I have made a mistake by not ordering through GKB, eyedo.in, Himalaya, Gargar, Titan etc.
HENCE I WOULD REQUEST TO EVERYONE TO BE AWARE ABOUT THIS CIRCUMSTANCES WHEN YOU ORDER THROUGH VALYOO LENSKART.
