I am from technical background.I am working in It sector.Today I want to write about
crawler. Crawler is widely used in the IT industry.
Crawler means crawl the data from a website.
In simple it is a framework of java which extracts data from a given website.
Crawler is mainly used in SCM domain industry like Oracle, Manhattan,CTS
Amber Road and many more.These industries crawl tax, compliance, and
exchange rate related data from site and use in there database for their
product. I have worked on Crawler for more than 2 years and crawled more
than 100 websites . It was a fun and it is very interesting.
I will be happy to share my knowledge if any one interested to learn .
