I took an AMC from the subject company by paying Rs. 5500 for a year during March 2015. During July 2015, when I called them for TDS level check and despite my repeated calls and talked to the owner of the store, no technician turned up. Public are advised not to deal with such franchisees and to loose money and time. They opened shops in different parts of Bangalore and when I visited one such shop, it was found out that they never occupied the shop(as informed by neighbouring shops) and once the technician replaced the parts(invariably used parts with new cover / pack) they never attend to your phone calls for a few months. Once you call them, they will not pick up and you will get calls from some other franchisees asking for any service requirement, though you would not have called them.
