KKR's Final Break After Series of Failures.

Finally, there's some silver linning for the SRK Team as dark days seemed to be getting over for KKR players. With the glorious win of yesturday's match over the last year's series winner the Deccan Charges, KKR showed up a competant stand that they are here to keep the show on...

By bagging a win not only over the best team but with a huge margin, Ganguly's team outshined the 2009 champions with their oodles of stamina and confidence. Though the top order batmen failed miserably (including the captain himself) the middle order stood strong and bold bringing out the match at ease with a competitive score of 161runs. Matthews and Owais Shah seemed cool and focused without missing any opportunity to hit back the Chargers putting up a respectable score for the team. Both their half centuries came in the right time to put the opponent team under pressure.

The second half started clumsily with respect to KKR fielding and dropping few expensive catches. At one point of time, it seemed it was an easy game for the Deccan Chargers to win having many wickets in hand. However, the clouds quickly passed through under Dada's able captaincy and profound experience of giving the right the ball to pick up fast wickets, thereby restricting them to 150 runs. Gilchrist's stupendous innings of 54 for 35balls went in vain as his team was unable to stand under the overall bowling tactics of the KKR team.

At the end, it was a satisfying win for KKR team as much as satisfying for all the fans of KKR. With this fantastic win, hope the Knight Riders lady luck comes to work for them in 2010 and I get the opportunity to write more for my team too...
