Looks like it is the "end of the road" for the man-eater 'Koli' and his disgraced onwer Pandher...
It was such a shocking and never heared before kinds when the media brought to light the Nithari issue to the table. The entire human community was taken aback every day listening to new twists and turns in the Nithari case projected by the media in year 2006. Finally the dooms day as arrived for the two "carnivores" for all the inhuman activities they were involved...murder, rape, criminal conspiracy and destruction of evidence etc.
The final verdict passed today after two long years of investigations and probe has been a consolation for all those who lost their loved and dear ones at the hands of those two species (Koli and Pandher).
The 55 year old Businessman Moninder Singh Pandher and his 38 year old servant Surinder Koli were sentenced to death by a special court on Friday for rape and murder of a 14-year-old girl Rimpa Halder, one of the 19 victims in the sensational Nithari serial killings.
This verdict is surely a slap on the face of the CBI which gave a clean chit to Pandher and diverted all the focus on to his servant Koli. May be some stuffed suitcases might have exchanged hands which led to CBI giving a clean chit.
If not for this verdict, it would have been a "total injustice" to all the victims of Nithari. This decision might atleast bring a smile on those faces who have missed their loved ones, but ofcourse no justice to their agony for the way their loved ones were killed and dumped in the ditches. This is surely a befitting "capital punishment" and I wish they also give a live telecast in the media when these species are hanged. In my opinion both of them should not be given food and water for days together and should be hanged in public.
Im happy and thank the judicial authorities for their verdict and at the same time pray for all the departed souls.....
