I bought Samsung double door refrigerator in 2010 Model No.RS21HDTPN/2010. Within 7-8 months it became noisy. On complaint , a service person attended to it. However the problem reappeared after 2-3 months. On complaint again, it was attended to. But this time the service person informed that the problem is common for Samsung Refrigerators, as ice forms near the fan at the bottom backside of the fridge, and when the fan touches the ice, the noise is created. The noise is quite nagging. He suggested that we should put off the fridge every month for a day so that the ice melts. the noise has commenced now again. We had put off the fridge for a day, but there is no improvement. Perhaps it was a blunder to buy a Samsung product.
