We are sick and tired of your lapse attitude towards customers and hence we have decided that as you are taking us for granted we will need to enact action under prevalent laws of the land.


As promised, we have never received call from your legal team manager named Meghna Desai as maybe she thinks that these issues are just dust that will settle down. But we are not going to settle down anytime soon.


There is no resolution in sight about two of our major queries:•In West India resorts, both weeks in Diwali vacation & Christmas vacation are booked under Purple season thereby inconveniencing Red members that constitute more than 80% of your membership. Only a fool will go to West India resorts in Summer when these are earmarked as Red. This was not the case earlier when your one week was in Purple season and other in Red in both these vacations. You have made a fool of people and their hard earned money. Your executives Jessy, Chaitali Mangle & Kamal Amolkar have agreed to our points and have noted that they are valid. Every commitment of Mahindra team of calling us and resolving our queries have not been addressed at all. All including your LEGAL TEAM is playing passing the buck.


•An important issue that tantamount to Fraud under Sec 420 of IPC is that you publish that none of the peak seasons are allowed for non members. However there are several instances noted that your Lonavla Tungi property, which is in purple category in monsoon weekends and in Red category in Monsoon weekdays, is occupied by non members during this tenure. We had showed a message sent by an agent wherein all peak weekends of Mahindra Tungi resort are openly available to general public for a nominal consideration. It is your duty to check whether your resorts are appropriately occupied as per seasonal chart.


It has been a disappointing experience over last few years with Mahindra being egoistic and not customer centric. You guys are not ready to acknowledge the fact that there is a huge problem in managing your resorts locally and these local resort managers are hand in glove with agents and touts. Even today your Mahindra holiday is available at Kumbhalgarh on during 1st week of November 2016 for stay to outsiders. This is supposedly a PURPLE week. HUH. we have all the details of the agent as well as the non member who will be disguised as a member and travel to this resort. I NOW FEEL THAT YOU PEOPLE ARE HAND-IN-GLOVE WITH THESE AGENTS AS THEY MAYBE GIVING YOU BLACK MONEY UNDER THE TABLE.


All this is farcical and in reality you do not care about customers anymore. You are being run by these agents and you are not doing any improvement.


We are not interested in talking to junior staffs like you as you are just puppets of Senior Management and only buying time in this entire episode. Where are your so-called Legal team, Customer Relations team, etc etc. Why are they not solving our queries or talking to us is still a big question.


Bulli Raju had given his number to us to talk to him. But his number is switched off since past 2-3 days. I am sure that you guys have some wonderful reasoning for that as well.


MAHINDRA HOLIDAYS & RESORTS INDIA LTD is a company with no principles and is involved in fleecing consumers.
