I AM ONE OF THE VICTIM OF ICICI DIRECT.COM'S POOR AND LETHARGIC SERVICE. MY ACCOUNT GOT BLOCKED ALL OF A SUDDEN AND THE REASON IS WRONG PASSWORD. WHEN I REQUESTED FOR ONLINE PASSWORD GENERATION THERE IS TOTAL IRRESPONSIBLE ANSWERS FROM THE CUSTOMER CARE DEPARTMENT. NO ONE IN CUSTOMER CARE KNOWS EXACTLY ABOUT THE ICICI DIRECT. EVERY TIME I GOT DIFFERENT BULL SHIT ANSWERS.
THEY SAID THAT THEY HAVE SENT MAIL TWICE TO ME BUT NOTHING RECEIVED. I WONDER HOW THE OTHER MAILS I AM RECEIVING IN MY IN BOX.
