ICICI Bank and Group Companies including Prudential and Lombard are scandalous, fraudulent and day light robbers.
They have deducted 40% and 30% of the Premium I paid in the first two years of my Prudential Life Insurance amount to a value of 42K as agent Commission. This Policy I have taken through my ICIC Bank SB account. Now, they have the audacity to call me and tell me that If I have to get the agency commission back, I will have to pay one more premium before 30th March and Convert the existing policy to a traditional policy. This itself sounds like another scandal. They are making money by cheating innocent and busy customers by rotating them from one scandal to another scandal. I would be terminating all my relationship with ICICI Group.
